Agreement

This Business Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Glenn Lundy, LLC, (hereafter referred to as “Glenn Lundy”) a Kentucky
business corporation, having an address of 1795 Alysheba Way, Suite 4205, Lexington, KY 40509 and
The payee this subscription (hereafter referred to as "Dealer"). The tenure of this agreement is Month to Month with a 30-day cancellation notice.

ENGAGEMENT AND SCHEDULE

Dealer HEREBY accepts the engagement of Glenn Lundy LLC through
live weekly training sessions, every Tuesday and/or Wednesday at 2:00PM, Eastern Time Zone.
Dealer ALSO HEREBY accepts the agreement of payment to Glenn Lundy LLC monthly subscription. Subscription will be auto-billed on the 1st of every month.

Dealer ALSO HEREBY accepts the engagement of three (3), two-day (2), in-person encounters annually. Dates and venues for said
annual meetings are to be determined by Glenn Lundy LLC at a later date.
Dealer ALSO HEREBY accepts private encounters through a Facebook group designed for dealership interaction. Dealer ALSO
HEREBY accepts sales meetings videos, broken down to one (1) video per month from Glenn Lundy LLC. Dealer ALSO HEREBY
accepts that Glenn Lundy LLC’s services are not guaranteeing an 800% increase in sales in their business.
Dealer ALSO HEREBY understands that Glenn Lundy LLC’s services are to help guide in a direction that COULD increase their sales by
800%.

SUPPORT

Dealer will receive direct access to Glenn Lundy during regular business operating hours, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time Zone.
Dealer will receive access to Glenn Lundy LLC’s production team for video content and social media content. Dealer accepts any
up-charge fees, if agreed upon, that there may be to accommodate any traveling of Glenn Lundy LLC’s production team, if
needed.

CANCELLATION

Should Dealer withdraw from doing business with Glenn Lundy LLC, a thirty (30) day notice must be agreed upon between both
parties.
Should Dealer withdrawal from receiving services from Glenn Lundy LLC, Dealer shall pay one (1) remaining payment to Glenn Lundy LLC.
By signing below, Dealer is agreeing to the terms of this document.

Recurring Credit Card Payment Authorization

You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your credit card. You will be charged the amount indicated below
each billing period. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your
credit card statement. You agree that no prior notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes,
in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.

I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel my subscription in writing, and I agree to notify Glenn Lundy & Glenn Lundy
LLC in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 30 days prior to the next billing
date. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next
business day. I acknowledge that the origination of Credit Card transaction to my account must comply with the provision of U.S. law.
I certify that I am an authorized user of this Credit Card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions; so long as the transactions
correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
